They are a globally acknowledged force in the polymer processing machine industry and a creator of state-of-the-art products catering to the polymer, powder coating, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.

Designation: Sales Manager

Function: Sales & Marketing

Location: Bangalore

Qualifications / Work experience:

- B.E (Polymer/ Mechanical) is a must. MBA in Marketing/Sales from a reputed institute will be preferred. Should posses minimum 5 -6 years of impeccable sales experience of prospecting, acquiring and serving multiple clients from Technical/Machinery Products Industry.

Key Result Areas:

- Effective execution of the sales plan ensuring achievement of sales target

- Understand customer's current compounding technology and offering alternative solutions to them and by presenting and conducting experience trial of product at PSDC centre

- Responsible for achievement for sales target of parts

- Clear understanding of customer needs and sharing the same to design team to ensure exact design

- Responsible for timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations for all inquiries received

- Ensure timely collection of payment and maintain sales overheads are within budget
