Manager - Sales- New Installations @ a renowned Elevators Industry in Pune
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and deploy sales strategy in the Branch within the framework specified by Branch Manager and National Sales Manager.
- Understands and analyses the market, defines customer segmentation, drives customer relationship management with top customer.
- Ensure that sales management process and tools are applied.
- Supervise and support sales team to achieve Branch targets on sales units, C1 Sold, collections and customer satisfaction.
What you need:For the New Installations Sales Manager position, We seek people with:
Expertise: Desired experience of ten to twelve years.
Knowledge and Skills: Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry, People Management skills, Organization and Planning skills, Selling skills, Customer Relationship Management.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics. MBA (Marketing) preferred.
