Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Years of experience: 6- 10 Years of experience in Electronic Security Products
Functional Skills:
- Experience of at least 4-5 years in handling electronic security systems such as FAS, Access control, CCTV, etc.
- Computer Savvy (MS-Office and Internet)
- Should have handled sales independently,
- Should have handled a geographical territory
- Should understand current market trends.
- Know how of service business like AMC, Retrofit, Spares sales etc.
- Should have worked with facility management PMCs, Consultants, OEMs to generate leads
Behavioral:
Should be a strong team player at the same time, good communicator with pleasing personality, self-motivated with passion to prove himself/ herself, should have an attitude of honouring commitments
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage business target within the assigned Territory
- Sell solution to Customer for various electronic security projects and Retrofit projects
- Proactively find out the ways to increase service revenue from the customer
- Achieve sales target by generating business opportunities and revenue
- Judiciously use resources, costs and manpower to ensure customer satisfaction
- To explore new growth opportunities for developing additional business in the area
