Description - To initiate, develop & manage Sales of Electro Optic Materials (EOM) & Thin Film Polarizer (TFP) products in India and formulate sales plan for sustained business growth in line with business unit budgets
- Grow the market for the business units in India with a key focus on market leadership in the Indian geography

Strategic Focus:
- Identify the needs of markets and customers and evaluate their potential and set up an approach strategy for targets for EOM and TFP
- Explore, promote and increase share of business for the products in target markets (key accounts and new business development)
- Provide Market Intelligence and in depth study on competitive landscape in the market (viz pricing, approach mode etc)
- Develop sales plan in line with India strategy to promote and sell the products in targeted market, Enhance Customer Service through Customer Service Team Management
- To develop recycling business plan with GeCl4 customer(s) in India
- Explore potential business opportunity for High purity Ge crystals in India
- Track Satellite Projects on Solar Cells (viz ISRO etc) development project to explore Ge Wafers supplies
- Identity OEMs on night vision, Infra-red, Security & Surveillance, Thermography, ADAS applications etc
- Promote the Products and work closely with OEMs on potential opportunities
- Work Closely with DRDO-IRDE, Ordnance factories & BEL for Opto-electronics projects
- To participate in Govt. tenders for Optics business developments
- New business development of Ophthalmic industries & Infrared Optics & all other OPT market
- Manage day-to-day commercial operations with our key accounts across the region
- Identify the needs of markets and customers and evaluate their potential and set up an approach strategy for targets
- Good knowledge of basic fundamentals associated with Technical sales and commercial skills ( work in electronics/Optics and coating materials
- Have worked in the environment of international trade, Sales & distribution management in an engineering/metal deposition and surface technologies/Optics/Ophthalmics industry
- Commercial & Cultural exposure to international markets would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
