We are looking for ambitious Sales Professionals with proven credentials and expertise with K12 segment, to develop business from Mumbai and Pune.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Generate business of minimum 1.00 Cr INR from the sales of LIGA products and services from the region
- Build sales plan to meet goals, update progress through status reporting/CRM
- Manage entire sales process from prospect shortlisting to contracting
- Increase branding of product through participation in conferences and other marketing campaigns per Marketing plans.
- Develop strong relationship and networking with the K-12 stake holders in the region.
Competencies:
- Hands-on knowledge of decision making in the education market, specifically K-12
- Sharp focus on creating and finding the right opportunities and converting them into customers
- Excellent people management skills with opennes to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with CRMs
Desired Skills and Experience:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree /MBA
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales of education products / services
- Strong networking within K-12 industry with key decision makers including Principals, Correspondents, chairman of trust etc., with the ability to influence the decisions
