Objective:

The main objective of the Job is to identify, develop and maintain market for education loan. Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve the company's vision and values. Establish and implement the sales management process.

Scope of Job :

Business :

- Develop a business plan to grow the business keeping in mind the objective set for the location.

- Plan and implement the sales management process viz. calls, productivity, number of relationship maintained etc.

- Ensure the customer related queries and concerns are addressed appropriately in the shortest span of time.

- Ensure all the key accounts are adequately served.

People :

- Ensure the team is well informed, guided and motivated to achieve the objective set.

- Identify the development need of the sales team and coach and guide them as required.

- Ensure consistent feedback to sales team on their overall performance.

Reporting :

- Maintain and track business MIS on a regular basis.

- Update management on the development in the market viz business and people.

Candidate Specification :

- 7-8 years of experience in sales & Relationship management.

- Proven ability to lead a sales team

- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Working knowledge of system with an ability to interpret and provide MIS.
