Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage and grow the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and exceeding sales quotas.
- Client Relationship Champion: Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Compelling Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- EdTech Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the EdTech industry to identify and target the right customer segments.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the EdTech industry.
- Sales Savvy: Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead generation, and pipeline management techniques.
- Client Relationships: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and build rapport with potential clients.
- Presentation Expertise: Proven ability to craft compelling and persuasive sales presentations.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business principles and a strategic approach to sales planning and execution.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Educational Background: Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
