- Responsible for E-commerce Business Development, growing sales, managing costs, streamlining operations & maximizing customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for managing the company's online sales through online channels like Amazon & Flipkart.

- Developing and executing the marketplace.

- Developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy that includes pricing, product selection, marketing & Market analysis.

- In depth knowledge of Category/Product P&L & online sales.

- Responsible to strengthen online sales for appliances/electronics products of the company.

- A competent decision-maker, Leadership and Influencing skills.

- Graduate/MBA with minimum 8+ years of experience in E-commerce sales.

- Consumer Durables (appliances) Industry experience must.

- Good Communication & negotiation skills.
