The company needs to consolidate the sales of the existing products through eCommerce in a meaningful way. The role needs to complement efforts of his manager towards achieving the same.
- Support Head - Modern Retail / Alternate Channel, in driving the achievement of the commercial objectives in the region assigned with respect to eCommerce (turnover, gross margin, EBITA contribution)
- Manage our existing customers in eCommerce based in the region by comprehensively offering them the products and services they need to fulfill end user needs and develop new customers
- To Drive the achievement of the commercial objectives for the company with respect to eCommerce (turnover, gross margin, EBITA contribution) in the region assigned.
- Take full responsibility for the acquisition, development and retention of eCommerce accounts
- Single point of Contact from the company side for all eCommerce customers.
- Manage the customer action plan, and leverages all servicing and supporting units to realize its objectives
- Build long lasting preferred vendor relationships with eCommerce customers
- Plan marketing activities with eCommerce customers
- Ensure timely payment collection from Customers and monitor & control Outstanding dues
