Position: Ecommerce Sales Manager

Job Overview:

- You will be responsible for overseeing our presence and performance on third-party online marketplaces. You will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction on.


- Your role will involve optimizing product listings, managing relationships with marketplace partners, and analysing data to drive growth and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.


- Identify key market opportunities and target demographics to maximize online sales growth.

- Ecommerce Platform Management: Own our presence on major platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Manage website, listings, pricing, and promotions for a seamless experience.


- Monitor platform performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.

- Website Management and Growth: Oversee our e-commerce site, collaborate to enhance content, layout, and SEO for conversions and ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for customers.

- Innovating and Managing Gifting Portfolio: Develop and curate a diverse gifting range, stay attuned to trends, and collaborate on promotions.


- Identify new gifting trends, market demands, and customer preferences to continuously innovate and expand the portfolio.

- Sales and Revenue Optimization: Execute impactful campaigns and initiatives, collaborate for compelling product assortments and strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.


- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance, identify trends, and forecast future sales opportunities.

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

- Bachelor/master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven track record in ecommerce sales management, preferably in startups.

- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and analytics.

- Proficiency in website management and analytics tools.

- Prior experience in scaling D2C brands is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
