Required Sales and Distribution manager for Consumer Durables for Mumbai.
Roles:
Identifying and network with financially strong and reliable distributors and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share through (Counter Shares & WD).
Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach through (Numeric Distribution) in the market and coordinating with the dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product.
Participating with the support teams for Channel Hygiene Activities.
Main focus towards the Product Display shares & counters shares analysis for the assigned universe.
ROI management in consensus with the seniors.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
Responsible for credit control, claims settlement, & timely remittances from the market.
Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.
Salary Range: 14 - 15 LPA
