Sales Manager:
- A fast-growth, action-packed digital/IT banking product solutions well-funded startup, with a very strong founding team and lareg client base in Australia, Singapore and South India is in search of a high-performing Sales professional to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Research, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Travel involved across India
Requirements :
- 10-12 years of experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Prefer people who have worked on small to medium product companies
- MUST have worked in Fintech or Banking or IT software industry expertise and consulting background
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Prefer people who have worked on small to medium product / IT services companies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to speak and articulate to prospective employees
- Post Graduate with MBA degree, Sales and marketing is preferred.
