Description :
- Hire, train and lead a team of SDRs for global sales
- Be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads for the sales team
- Drive product demos, presentations to qualify leads
Profile :
- The ideal candidate should have between 4 to 8 years experience
- He / she must have managed a team of at least 5 SDR, for different geographies
- The incumbent must have catered to the US markets
- Proven track record over achieving quotas is a must
- Stability in career path
