About the Company: We're one of the world's largest content recommendation platforms, delighting audiences with engaging, personalized content recommendations while serving as the primary engagement partner and platform for the world's top digital media companies.

We are looking for an experienced leader who is highly motivated and has domain expertise in Sales Development and Planning. This role will play an important role in helping the company's revenue organization grow by improving the lead to opportunity pipeline as well as providing support for senior sales leadership.

In this role you will be responsible for leading global sales planning, including building out an SDR team. You will have an expert level of experience with Salesforce including creating dashboards and overall system proficiency. Given this role is leading and supporting global teams, we're looking for someone comfortable working across timezones and cultures. This role will report to the SVP, Global Revenue Operations based in New York City.

Job Description Sales Development:

- Build and lead a team of SDRs ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals for pipeline growth across all sales offices.

- Implement training programs that equip teams with the knowledge required for effective outbound prospecting.

- Take ownership of team performance.

- Lead coaching and improvement plans for the SDR team.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine and evolve the prospecting process, incorporating industry best practices.

- Implement strategies to optimize the use of sales motion driven propositions in outbound efforts.

Sales Planning:

- Pipeline and Forecast Management Support: Supporting pipeline management and sales forecasting.

- Monitoring and Optimizing CRM System Usage: Ensuring effective utilization of the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).

- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations on pipeline, segmentation and targeting, and sales motion.

Tech Stack Oversight:

- Oversee the utilization of technology tools, including SFDC and specialized tech sales tools.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies that can enhance the sales development process.

What you'll bring:

- Demonstrate a minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in global B2B sales operations within the technology, advertising or marketing sectors.

- Experience with technically oriented selling; willingness and ability to learn new, complex concepts and apply them.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and strategies.

- Have hands-on experience with technology-focused sales tools and CRM systems (SFDC, Outreach, 6Sense, etc).

- Hybrid working: Three days a week from the office and two from home.
