- Essentially a complete sell out management job.
- Achieving key objectives on store-wise rankings (Modern Trade)
- Monitoring sell outs in MT and GT
- Working with GT distributors on distribution, trade schemes to achieve sell out targets.
- Responsible for FA management across country- recruitment, training, retention and performance of FAs .
- Planning sell-out targets, monitoring performance, RnR planning .
- Focus on in-store impactful presence, interacting with merchandising to ensure we maintain the same
- Responsible for testers/ GWP management
- Planning and execution of exciting promotional activities / offers to drive sell-out
- Collaborate with training manager and conduct small events, animation, BTL activities
