About the Client:
Our client is one of the global players and has different brands in the foods industry.
Role:
The role would report into the GM for India and would be responsible for:
- Developing and executing trade excitement programs/trade marketing schemes for channel partners & Sales Development
- Understanding shopper behaviour and develop strategies for productive conversion
- Developing Sales promotional strategies basis market trends/counter competition, implementing marketing plans and looking at shopper activation, in-store promotions and activation
- Building retailer relationship and driving initiatives
- Developing and ensuring implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of the region within budgeted costs
- Managing the distribution network and C&F agents with periodic monitoring of sales and collections
- Identifying and network with distributors for deeper market penetration and reach
About the Candidate:
The candidate should have:
- An experience of 6-10 years working in food industry
- Experience of 3-5 years in sales development and trade marketing
- Should have a strong understanding and execution experience with large FMCGs towards channel development, trade marketing, in-store activations
