Responsibilities:
Sales Transformation:
- Lead the transformation of the sales organization to align with business goals and market opportunities.
- Implement Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools to optimize sales processes and improve sales efficiency.
- Develop and execute programs aimed at enhancing sales capabilities and effectiveness across all channels.
GTM Strategy Development:
- Create and manage forward-looking Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies tailored to different sales channels (general trade, e-commerce, retail).
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to build winning GTM structures that drive differential business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of GTM strategies
Channel Management:
- Oversee the development and performance of various sales channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop strategies to optimize channel performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Sales Capability & Effectiveness:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities.
- Measure and track the effectiveness of sales initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales team.
Program Management:
- Manage and lead sales programs from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Evaluate program success and implement lessons learned for future initiatives.
