Experience Required: Min 5-8+ yrs of Exp handling Retail Accounts

Educational Qualifications: Should be MBA from reputed institute with strong analytical skills

Impact of Influence: SAP, CFA, Automation Vendors, DMS Vendors, Training consultants

Essence of Role - Key Accountability :

- National Coverage Expansion Planning & Execution

- Route to Market Planning & Execution

- Distributor Profiling/Assessment/Consolidation

- Planning & Implementation of Training & Capability Development

- DMS + SFA Implementation & Sustenance

- Productivity measures to drive sales efficiency

Functional Skills Required:

- Understanding of FMCG categories (Personal Care)

- Sound knowledge of Sales processes

- Sales Management, Planning and Operational Skills

- Excellent Communication Skills.

- Good Computer knowledge.

- Excellence in Data mgmt. & excel.
