Profile :
- Responsible for end-to-end driving of key sales development initiatives for the business.
- Handling all sales development activities for the entire,like managing key outlet program to drive targets across regions
- Managing Wholesale Loyalty program
- Driving all distribution networking activities
- Driving all technology initiatives in the sales function
- Initiate activities on distributor expansion
- Monitor the productivity norms and design programs to improve them
- New Channel development initiatives
- Design Go-to market strategy for key brands
