Reporting into the Head of Sales & Development,
Job Description:
1) Deploy Cost effective and Reach optimized GTM for General trade to provide optimal service levels to all customers both in Urban and Rural & making it future Ready
2) Responsible for Town wise development as well as Area expansion/ New Channel Development (Van Model, Slum Projects, Cycle model etc)
3) Responsible for All India Super stockiest Network re-alignment keeping turnover & cost to serve in mind for rural penetration in co-ordination with ASM/HOSs
4) Responsible for Devising total Incentive Structure for the Field Force, & also establish the evaluation of those programs/ implementing a weekly/monthly Dash Board to identify the Fast Trackers/Laggards to create the right field culture
5) Responsible for Defining an effective capability road map aligned with Sales strategy, business direction, priorities & in market execution for General Trade which will address competencies, skills, knowledge Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline with high quality, in coordination with HR and external vendors
6) Leveraging IT across the organization to ensure effectiveness resulting in Data Transparency, Quick yet effective decision making, and Cost leadership thus creating Future ready Organization
Key Competencies required
- Strong communicator with the maturity and depth to represent the organization in a day today as well as strategic platforms with all Key customers
- Sharp, cutting edge analytical skills to be able to use Data and information to draw out concise insights
- Work seamlessly across functional and hierarchical boundaries to create a common ground and move the needle consistently
Profile - Rich exposure in strong FMCG companies, MBA for a Tier 1 B-School, with 5-10 years of Sales experience in the FMCG domain. - You should be analytical and have the capability of understanding, devising, and implement a robust Sales Capability Plan for a large sales team.
Travel - 8-10 days a Month
