Our SDR team plays a crucial role in driving the growth of both these verticals by generating leads and setting the stage for successful client engagements.

About the Role:

As the Sales Development Manager (SDM), you will lead and inspire our team of SDRs across three time zones. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the SDR team is highly effective in generating qualified leads that convert into closed deals. You will also play a critical role in the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, aiming to exceed quarterly goals.

What you will deliver :

- Manage, mentor, and motivate the SDR team across multiple time zones.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.

- Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback to drive improvement.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and optimize the sales funnel.

- Ensure that the SDR team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

- Report on SDR team performance and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.

- Lead by example by occasionally participating in outreach activities to stay connected with the market.

Must Haves for the Role:

- Proven minimum 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, particularly within the crypto or digital marketing industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a remote team across different time zones.

- Strong knowledge of Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 Space is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM systems and sales automation tools.

- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
