Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Manage and oversee all sales and marketing activities for our dental implant portfolio.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and training sessions for the dental community (doctors, clinics, hospitals).
- Develop and manage promotional programs, advertising campaigns, and launch initiatives for new products.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities.
Relationship Building & Networking:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including dental professionals, opinion leaders, hospitals, private practice dentists, and dental colleges.
- Network with various stakeholders to ensure consistent product availability at dental clinics, institutions, hospitals, and dental colleges.
- Foster strong relationships with the medical fraternity and leverage their expertise to promote product adoption.
Business Development & Strategy:
- Analyze market data and customer needs to identify and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Set realistic and achievable sales targets for yourself and your team.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 of experience in B2B sales and marketing (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of dental implants, their applications, and the dental implant market landscape.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices for promoting medical devices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with dental professionals.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
