Job Description:

- Maintain close liaison with the Origination team

- Keep track of new issuances in the market

- Update the team on Market developments including new issuance.

- Generate Pricing guidance for placements of debt products across investors.

- Maintain the MIS at the desk & individual level

Key Requirements:

- Education: CA/MBA ( Core Finance & Marketing) from reputed B-schools

- Approx 4 years + of relevant Work Experience

- Knowledge of core finance

- Understanding of Debt market dynamics, understanding of risks associated with DCM activity, valuations and financial statement analysis.

- Analysis of different sectors, preparation of pitch presentations, negotiations and sourcing of mandates.

- Relationships with promoters/CFOs with Mid Corporate/Large Corporate Clients, Business development and knowledge of SEBI ICDR regulations.

- Connect with the senior management of PSU Banks.

- Excellent relationships with the different classes of institutional investors

- Strong marketing skills

- Sound understanding of the markets & macroeconomic fundamentals.

- Sound understanding of the Debt Markets.

- Clarity in communication

- Leadership skills to lead a team in the future
