Manager - Sales - Cybersecurity Service

Job Title: Sales Manager (IT INFRA & CYBER SECURITY) -IT Industry - Noida

Gender: Female only.

Job Responsibility:

- Ability to discuss & understand customers' requirements and offer solutions in line with our approach of discover, design & deploy.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Senior Management team.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in the cybersecurity industry and continuously enhance product knowledge.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

- Work closely with Security OEM's.

Key Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.

- Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy.

- Adept at relationship building resulting in achieving revenue and growth targets annually.

- Establish and expand the Company's brand throughout the OEM community.

- Should have experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, conducting evaluations, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs.

Target Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting

Mandatory:

- Selling Cybersecurity products and solutions

- Should have cybersecurity OEM connects.

Gender: Female

Experience: 10 to 12 years in sales, with At least 6-8 years of domain experience in selling Cybersecurity products and solutions.

Job Location: Noida

Working Days: 5 days

Timings: 10.00am-6:30pm

Qualification: Bachelors/Master's degree in marketing or business administration
