- Responsible for the entire Cyber security P&L.
- Grow Business in all market verticals, regions.
- Create strategies for deep penetration and adoption of the products
- Create strategic alliances with market leaders in OEM for wining decisively.
- Create ecosystem with subcontract partners for clean deal execution
- Expanding Cyber Security product portfolio with partners.
- Analysis of existing offerings and products, discussion with partners to ensure all support (technical and commercial) is available to sales and pre-sales team.
- Market segmentation for target customers, product marketing planning Cyber Security.
- Benchmarking of key market trends around the product - pricing, new features, competitor moves, alternate product, customer behavior & trends.
- Self learning and certifications on prominent security technologies viz end point , DLP, User Security, Data center & Cloud Security, SOC etc.
- Working with partners/cross functional teams for development, testing and end to end process stitching and Process Document creation for any new product variant/service.
- Developing product promotion plans, product communication plan to internal field team and customers
- Create case studies of success on Cyber security. Provide best industry practice for security across threat vectors.
- Increasing the profitability of the product - various cost items, devising alternate options to achieve the lower cost.
- Working with cross functional team with representation from SCM, Finance, Customer support to make sure that have the processes around the product which delivers the product promise to the customer.
- Engaging with sales team , pre sales team and customer team to improve PPI / API.
- New product and feature development for Cyber Security
