Job Description :
- Team Handling Experience is mandatory in Current Account Segment.
- Responsible for catchment scoping, identification of high- value segments & creating opportunities for Acquisition Manager- SME
- Driving CA acquisition in the branch along with TFX/CMS Led focused acquisition strategy
- Driving the team for over-achievement of sales target & campaigns/contest within the bank
- Working very closely with Asst. Branch Manager & Product Specialists in seamless onboarding handholding & sales within the portfolio of NTB clients
- To manage a team responsible for acquiring new CA customer in the identified segment
- To assist the Acquisition Manager- SME in catchment mapping & scoping exercise and provide regular feedback to branch leadership on opportunities / customer needs / competition benchmarking
- To cross sell credit and banking products to eligible customers
- To help the team over-achieving the assigned targets and earning incentives
- To understand and maintain details regarding nature of business and business model to extract existing and potential opportunities as well as any potential risks.
- To be able to position our value proposition linking benefits to the customer's key business requirement / issues
