Role: Manager Sales (CSD, Institutional & CPC)
Location: Delhi
Reporting to CMO
Please note:
The primary need & the right person will be the one who has experience in CSD channel and government institutions including CPC. Institutional & alliances experience can be an add on.
Job Objective :
Responsible for development- and handling the business of CSD- and Institutional Sales for- revenue generation,- and handling the overall relationships. Facilitating- the ordering, fulfilment and outreach and activation in all unit and local canteens. Custodian of all initiatives and priorities in this- area.
Job Specifications :
Level of education :
Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA or equivalent in Sales & Marketing-
Experience :
7-10 years in Sales and Marketing and at least 2-3 years in a position of similar responsibility

Key Responsibilities :
- Own and lead all initiatives aimed at maintain the key relationships at HO and unit canteen levels for maintaining and expanding the CSD business
- Developing and implementing the- CSD and Institutional Sales strategy- to achieve the- plans as per- AOP
- Working closely with- agent/partner team- to ensure alignment- and achievement- on defined business goals
- Owning and managing the- AOP objectives, and spend budgets as per AOP-
- Driving the expansion of the Hamdard's direct coverage footprint across CSD canteens through local supply model, and to- initiate and sustain new businesses in Institutional sector
- Define the- CSD- value objective and- distribution expansion roadmap and drive execution through close coordination with agent sales teams
- Drive interventions- and trade loads or consumer promos- aimed at effective- consumer engagement and delight at CSD canteens and with Institutional customers
- Work very closely with the- manpower (agent salesmen) for enabling- excellent visibility,- distribution- and displays
- Drive initiatives which enhance sales force productivity and performance of the feet on street
- Deliver impactful new- product- launch execution including sales and visibility deliverables
- Creating and publishing MIS/dashboards for business for- consumption of CSMO-
- Work very closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to develop compelling marketing and promotion strategies
People & Process Development :
- Develop- trade promotion and visibility calendar for the year for CSD and Institutions
- Develop requisite training content- for sales people- leveraging internal and external resources
- Aid CSMO in development of- CSD- & Institutional Sales- KPIs
