Looking out for an Sales Manager for an renowned developer in Mumbai having its Co working spaces across various locations in Mumbai. It has its presence all over India.

- Main responsibility would be Sales Generation.

- Profitable new business within the local market in order to exceed set targets.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead/inquiry development, negotiation to close.

- Pro-actively self -generate leads & effectively manages the pipeline generated through marketing.

- Keep abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers.

- Team Management

- Prospecting corporate accounts through cold-calling, telemarketing, trade shows, and professional networking.

- Maintaining Supply Database Investor & Developer supply data

- Transaction Management - including Project Marketing

- Maintaining the all records of Clients.

- Maintaining Weekly/ Monthly Activity Reports Assisting the clients queries.

- Office & Retail Leasing Advisory Services Relocation & Expansion Strategies (market advisory)

Salary Range : 6-12 LPA
