Role:
- We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Corporate Sales Representative to join our client's team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base by identifying and securing corporate partnerships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the gifting process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to generate leads and establish partnerships for gifting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and promote our range of products and services to potential clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to customize gifts according to client specifications and branding requirements.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Coordinate the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-ups and ongoing client relationship management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Candidate:
- Bachelor's/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of successful experience in corporate sales, preferably in the gifting or promotional products industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer personalized gifting solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
