Salary offered: 15 - 20 LPA
Experience :
- Prospective candidate must have at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Distribution Channel Sales.
- Should have good understanding of the Distribution Sales Model, Schemes and promotions, Cost structure, Packaging & Branding.
- Should have excellent commercial / financial acumen and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities / KRAs :
- Implementation of the Company's sales growth in line with strategic guidelines and policies
- Management of product portfolio and promotion of value add portfolios to enhance and surpass margin targets
- Develop relationships with Distributor principles and sales teams
- Meet sales objectives in respect of management territory and minimum calls per day
- Development of business through interaction with distributor end user customers and distributor training sessions on product portfolios
- Work in conjunction with the technical teams to overcome site issues and propose solutions
- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitors activities in distribution sales & make aggressive move as per requirement to stay competitive in the market.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast Monthly, Quarterly & Annual sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Development of new and existing business through short and long term growth strategies defined by the business
- Should be actively involved in marketing activities such as Trade-shows, road shows, campaigns, and other such promotional activities.
