Description:
This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful promotion of construction products.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Monthly target achievement in terms of number of customers acquired and converted (Achieve new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) target)
- Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with newly on boarded customers and connect them to appropriate sellers on the platform
- Market intelligence inputs for pricing and activation
- Enrich and maintain customer profile and update status in CRM
- Work hand-in-hand with customer success team for smooth transition of clients for repeat sales with minimal drop outs.
- Assist customers through their credit application journey.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:- Engineer/MBA from Tier 2 institute. Selective very strong candidates with relevant experience without MBA may also be considered.
- Minimum 5+ years of Field Sales experience (customer acquisition & sales experience in B2B segment)
- Experience meeting customer needs, building customer relationships and knack for closing sales
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and driven
- Team Management- (8-10) minimum Direct Reportees.
- Language Skills: fluent in English and knowledge of the local language
Must have :
- Driving license (2 wheeler): The candidate will be expected to have/hire a bike in the city of work
- Local language and familiarity of having worked in the respective main cities.
