Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Sales to achieve budgeted sales turnover in the assigned region for Concrete Batching Plants and related accessories, while driving market growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales turnover and align with company objectives.

- Identify prospective customer segments and use concept selling to promote our clients Batching Plants, increasing market share.

- Conduct market visits to uncover customer needs and generate inquiries through various sales tools.

- Increase market coverage to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

- Meet with customers to identify needs and offer suitable products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Finalize orders to achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue.

- Ensure timely collection of payments and necessary forms to maintain financial health.

- Coordinate with Head Office for efficient order execution and customer service.

- Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information to recommend tactics for building market share.

- Recommend sales strategies for all territories to improve market share and sales performance.

- Maintain and update MIS reports, Salesforce CRM customer data, and lead and opportunity stages for accurate reporting.

- Plan and execute customer visits on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis to strengthen relationships.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Batching Plants, sales processes, and market analysis.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Attitude:

- Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry.

Reports to: Manager Sales/Regional Head/Business Head.
