Job Description:
As the Compliance Manager for Business Operations, your primary responsibility is to establish and maintain an effective Compliance Management Framework to ensure that operational risks and controls are managed proactively and in accordance with external, internal, and regulatory requirements.
Key aspects of your role include:
Compliance Framework Implementation:
- Develop and implement a robust Compliance Management Framework to ensure that operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed effectively at the business level.
Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with sales teams and dealers to communicate compliance guidelines, ensuring awareness and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.
Audit Activities:
- Conduct regular audit activities of processes, data, and other norms based on Audit and Regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with established standards.
Compliance Reviews and Internal Controls:
- Perform process compliance reviews and ongoing evaluations of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance compliance effectiveness.
Training and Education:
- Provide comprehensive training and education to all employees on sales compliance, code of conduct policies, and other key legal aspects in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) function, fostering a strong risk-aware culture.
Analytical Solutions:
- Offer analytical solutions through statistical modeling, compliance policy development, strategy formulation, and data analysis to support the Two Wheeler (TW) business.
Investigation and Reporting:
- Investigate suspicious cases reported by the field team, analyze findings, and communicate final observations to the Business Head, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation of risks.
Tracker Maintenance:
- Maintain daily and monthly trackers for audit reviews, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and findings.
Project Management:
- Lead and support various risk and compliance projects, collaborating with specific business units to enable the deployment of solutions and initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance effectiveness.
- Your role is critical in ensuring that the organization operates within legal and regulatory boundaries while fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness across all levels of the business.
