- Ensure that any contract amendments are accurate and made in a timely manner

- Control and regulate operating expenditure and dealer billing limits

- Analyze and assess various discounts, schemes and sales benefits

- Scrutiny of Commercial Terms and Conditions and making comments in line with Company's Policy/Guidelines. Provide guidance and assistance as required on interpretation of contractual clauses, referring to legal when necessary

- Ensure statutory compliances like GST etc.

- Price monitoring and tracking of raw material indices

- Accountable for preparation of bank guarantees, funds requirements, ledger scrutiny and sales tax related issues.

- Liaison with MIS officer in the preparation of management information reports

- Management of Clearing & Forwarding agencies (CFAs).

- Coordinate with the regional sales team under the guidance of the Zonal Manager

- Ensure timely preparation of credit note for dealers

- Coordinate with the legal dept for case filing and managing MIS for timely completion of audit.Ensure statutory compliance like shop & establishment act, labor act etc.
