1. BUSINESS & CUSTOMER DEVELOMENT:
- Supervise order-taking, dispatch, billing, commission of payment, regular stock verification, statutory compliance and follow up activities
- Drive corporate sales and marketing initiatives for territories under direct control through business and customer development, territory management, data mining, professional presentation and product sales.
2. COMMERCIAL:
- Ensure that any contract amendments are accurate and made in a timely manner
- Control and regulate operating expenditure and dealer billing limits
- Analyze and assess various discounts, schemes and sales benefits
- Scrutiny of Commercial Terms and Conditions and making comments in line with Company's Policy/Guidelines. Provide guidance and assistance as required on interpretation of contractual clauses, referring to legal when necessary
- Ensure statutory compliances like GST etc.
- Price monitoring and tracking of raw material indices
- Accountable for preparation of bank guarantees, funds requirements, ledger scrutiny and sales tax related issues.
3. Liaison with MIS officer in the preparation of management information reports
4. Management of Clearing & Forwarding agencies (CFAs).
5. TERRITORY MANAGEMENT:
- Coordinate with the regional sales team under the guidance of the Zonal Manager
- Ensure timely preparation of credit note for dealers
6. Coordinate with the legal dept for case filing and managing MIS for timely completion of audit
7. Ensure statutory compliance like shop & establishment act, labor act etc.
