Manager - Sales - Cloud/AI Solutions

The skills/experience as below:

- Strong hunter who would manage to get his/her own lead and chase them to closure

- 4-5 years dedicated Sales experience of Conversational AI/ Customer service SaaS products / CRM software/ Customer experience PaaS/ generic PaaS / Cloud Contact center solutions/ contact center telephony solutions / data analytics

- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and software architecture

- Experience of working on RFPs, carving out scope of work from prospects, building excellent proposals

- Excellent soft skills, exceptional communication, and presentation skills

- Preferably a Tech graduate, good to have MBA but not mandatory

- Data mining and lead prospecting/lead generation as few key skills
