Job Responsibilities:-
Primary Role (PCDA)
Plan:
- Business development and planning.
- Identifying the market for enhancing the sale.
- Collecting competitor's information in the market.
- Doing Sale forecasting and product planning.
- Check (Study/Analyze)
- Data analysis regarding the information about competitors and imports.
- Budgeting and meeting the sales targets.
- Achieving the sales target and receivables.
- Gather the results of market research and decide and control the quantity and quality of production.
- To study the needs and wants of consumers and according to it fulfill their demands.
- Analyze sales data and create plans to improve sales most likely using marketing and sale techniques.
Do (Execute) :
- Experience in handling industrial chemical sales directly or through distributors preferably used in paper, textile and effluent treatment facilities.
- Experience in handling dealers
- Experience in handling export and exposure to the international market.
- Receivables Monitoring
- Verification and Signing of Tax Invoice.
- Independently handling Customers/Distributors in the allocated region.
- Technical support to clients
- Managing the daily dispatch schedule.
- Compilation of Statutory Audit / Internal Audit and review and implementation of Internal Auditors report findings.
- To provide after-sales service.
- Plans and coordinates marketing activities, such as identifying potential customers, developing marketing campaigns.
Act (Standardize)
- Implementation and compliance of QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, EnMS 50001:2011, GHG ISO 14064:2006, RC 14001:2013 in the department and monitor the effectiveness of the same.
- Secondary Role
- Liaison with Companies customers and agents all over India.
