Manager of Sales-Chemicals.
- To drive business portfolio and penetration in assigned territory to achieve continuous business growth and operational results in line with the business, formulating and implementing region-specific sales strategies and establishing Organization as a preferred partner in target markets.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Sales & Business Development for Company's product portfolio [chemicals] on short term & long term basis within the assigned territory.
- Responsible for multiple key accounts, nurture strategic relationship and identify best opportunities for growth.
- Maintain relationship with customers at all levels with strong focus on business excellence, resolutions on issues or concerns to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Identify potential new customer/ new application or new segment and build a collaborative partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to drive for footprint growth.
- Work with existing Channel Partners to monitor & grow the business in assigned territory. Identify and appoint new Channel Partner/s based on business exigencies.
- Prepare monthly & annual Sales Forecast on the sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. Organize regular reviews with customers & channel partners of assigned area.
- Must be diligent enough to conduct market study/ survey of a given product in the region.
- Work closely with CRM, ADC, R&D, QC & Supply Chain team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Responsible for keeping Account Receivables under control and manage regulatory requirements
Qualifications : B.E. (Chemical)/M.Sc. (Chemistry).
