Manager - Sales - byproducts/secondary products/non-prime products
Looking for Sales Professional with B.tech/B.E Civil along with MBA (Marketing) full time course
- Understanding of secondary products value chain and market development
- Syndication with key operating departments and other stakeholders including auctioneer
- Optimization of distribution/ dispatch mix to various points
- Market Intelligence competition, customers, prices, key happenings etc. (Tracking of NRs in different market)
- Market development including forays into new geographies and expansion of customer base
- Regular interactions with all key stakeholders including customers
- Monthly Sales Planning
- Facilitate contract finalization with customer with respect to volume in line with ABP/MBP Customer interface including customer meets
- Ensure operational excellence in the parameters of Quality, Cost, Delivery and Development, accounts and other statutory matters Capture customer feedback and complaints Redressal of customer complaints
- Ensure safe working environment at sales office / Travel as per the Safety guidelines Provide best practices inputs based on customer visit
Primary Skills : Forecasting techniques, Formulation of business plan, Understanding of RVM, Pricing mechanism and price positioning, Market communication techniques, Brand and branding techniques, Competition mapping and segmentation skill, Competitor and product and their limitations
Secondary Skills : Tax regulations and implication on pricing, Product grades and specs, Raw material and product application fit
