 Role: BDM / Sales Manager - Pharma Division

Purpose:

The primary purpose of the role is to drive the Pharma & Life Science Logistics sales effort for the nominated territory/location/prospect. The goal is to efficiently generate growth in revenue, as budgeted, within healthcare-related prospects and customers and manage the overall business development. This position Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Strategic role (in a nut shell):

- Meet customers, builds relationships, get inquiries & follows up for business.

- Contribute to the revenue growth, budget and profitability of the organization

- Ensure effective three way communication with Management, Operations & Customers.

- Manage lead generation, Opportunity & Pipeline management in CRM.

- Timely outstanding collections

NOTES:

1. Only from freight background.

2. Should have knowledge of Air products

3. Exposure of sales role

4. Your current CTC should be more than 10 LPA
