JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible to focus on increasing sales and retaining Key customers along with leadership role.
QUALIFICATIONS :Education and/or Experience requirements :1. Min. Graduate, Master Degree or Diploma in Marketing or International trade
2. Minimum 8-10 years of working experience for Managerial level in same Freight Forwarding Industry and min. 5-8 yrs. of working experience for DM / AM level.
3. Noticeable track record in Sales & Marketing and Business Development.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities :1. Sound knowledge of all freight forwarding products (Air Import/ Export & Ocean Export & Import), Custom Clearance.
2. Good knowledge of the Local Market and Competitors.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent customer focusing skills.
4. Good team player, possess good Leadership skills: able to direct, supervise and manage a Sales Force
5. Results driven mindset
6. Proficiency in English and local language
JOB DESCRIPTIONS : Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :1. Achieve Sales budgets, Implement Sales Processes
2. Sorting out customer-related issues / handling escalations
3. Delivering the budgeted GP every month.
4. Follow up with customers for payments. Ensure that all invoices are submitted and approved by customer before due date so that payment can be cleared within credit period.
5. Work with the Branch/Product team/Sales Team to create pipelines to support Trade Lane Development program.
6. Ensure account receivables are in line with organization norms
7. Work with the product group to create sales tools to achieve budgets.
