Business Development Manager Franchise Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Sales:
- Utilize provided sales data to identify and prioritize potential franchise leads.
- Proactively reach out to prospective franchisees via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce them to the bright wheels Education franchise opportunity.
- Conduct thorough presentations and discussions to showcase the benefits and advantages of joining our preschool franchise chain.
- Negotiate terms and close franchise agreements to meet sales targets and expand our network.
Team Building:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales representatives and support staff.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Operations Management:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the franchise business, including facility management, curriculum implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations and optimize productivity.
- Address any operational challenges or issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth business operations.
Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for new franchise openings, including site selection, construction, and procurement of necessary resources.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to support ongoing franchise operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the education or franchise industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
