Sales / Business Development Manager - Enterprise AI and Data Solutions.
About the Role:.
- We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of Enterprise AI and data-driven solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling complex AI, data engineering, and analytics services to enterprise clients.
- You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and positioning our AI accelerators and data capabilities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:.
Business Development:.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for Enterprise AI and data services, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, working closely with marketing and delivery teams to align on value propositions and target segments.
Client Engagement:.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, VP of Data) and decision-makers in target industries.
- Lead client discussions and presentations, effectively articulating the value of our AI solutions, data services, and GenAI accelerators.
Solution Selling:.
- Understand client pain points and requirements in data engineering, AI/ML, and automation.
- Tailor sales pitches and proposals to address these needs with our tailored services and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings.
Market Intelligence:.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies in AI/ML, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product and solution teams based on market demand and client feedback.
Sales Metrics and Reporting:.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue, profitability, and new client acquisition goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client information in the CRM system.
Key Qualifications:.
Experience:.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of selling Enterprise AI, data services, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and managing complex sales cycles.
Domain Knowledge:.
- Deep understanding of the data space, including data engineering, data quality, DataOps, AI/ML, and cloud data platforms (e. , Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of emerging AI technologies, including GenAI and large language models (LLMs).
Skills:.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with sales analytics.
