Pre-Requisites:
- 8-15 years of successful sales and business performance in the Jewelry Industry, with experience in both domestic and international markets.
- Proficiency in key account management, including merchandising skills, commercial acumen, competitive analysis, and persuasive communication to foster long-term relationships with key customers.
- Ability to develop quotations based on jewelry costing, including materials like stones, metals, and labor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal team members.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve target revenue generation and expand market share while ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Identify business opportunities by nurturing existing sales accounts and acquiring new clients in both domestic and international jewelry markets.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve annual targets, communicating effectively with management and team members.
- Generate orders to meet revenue and profit margin goals.
- Drive new client acquisition through strategic approaches, presentations, and offers aligned with company strengths.
- Manage gemstone and diamond inventory to procure profitable orders.
- Monitor order book position and forecast.
- Review work orders, collaborate with operations team, and support business development initiatives.
- Ensure quality of merchandising and timely delivery of proposals, samples, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with product development and production teams to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports related to sales and marketing activities.
- Train, motivate, and develop the team to achieve targets.
- Conduct performance reviews and weekly meetings with the team.
- Stay updated on changing market trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
- Anticipate and influence customer trends and demands proactively.
