Manager - Sales/Business Development - Defence/Naval Sector

- The incumbent will need to establish connections with decision-makers in defence, navy, shipyards, commands, ships, and the air force, and generate business by selling industrial/manufacturing products.

- Visit To NHQ / All Commands / Shipyards (SA+SEA)

- Discuss with Navy / Shipyard / Command / Ships for Suitability of organization's products

- Creating Opportunity to Supply 'SPX' organization's products in Naval Ships

- Get Quality Orders from IN as per organization terms.

- Budgetary Quotation (Techno-Commercial) for Tendering

- Technical Details & Requirement share to CE for Costing & Delivery

- Techno-Commercial Quotation against Tender / Enquiries

- TNC (Technical Negotiation Committee) Meeting with Indian Navy & Shipyard

- CNC (Commercial Negotiation Committee) Meeting with Shipyard for Terms Condition finalization

- PNC (Price Negotiation Committee) Meeting with Shipyard

- Visit to NHQ / All Commands for Technical Discussion & Nomination of organization's name

- Visit to NHQ / All Commands for Technical Discussion & Nomination of organization's name

- Visit to Shipyard / Ships for Feasibility study of fitted pumps onboard ships

- Generate Replacement / After Market requirements (Product / Spares)

- Budgetary Quotation (Techno-Commercial) for Tendering

- Techno-Commercial & Price Quotation against Tender / Enquiry

- TNC / CNC Meeting with Indian Navy & Shipyard

- PNC (Price Negotiation Committee) Meeting with Navy

- Kick off Meeting with CE / GMO team for Pre Orders discussions

- Kick off Meeting with CE / GMO team for Post Orders discussions

Qualifications & Experience: Engineering Graduate in Mechanical with 20+ years of experience in Defense Sales (Experience with the Navy preferred).

Knowledge, SKill and Abilities:

- Understand The Navy Requirement

- Aware organization products & how to present with Navy / Command / Shipyard

- Product Training to Shipyard & Navy (Onboard & Classroom)

- Support To Navy for Standardization of products
