Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, forging strong client relationships, and developing strategic business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence in Mumbai.

2. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery to foster long-term partnerships.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and enhance competitive advantage.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business deals.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.

7. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and generate reports to track progress against targets. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. Market Expansion: Drive business expansion initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new market segments, geographic areas, or industry verticals.

Requirements:

1. MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven track record of 4-7 years in Sales and Business Development, preferably in the [specify industry if applicable] sector.
