- 10-15 years of experience in purchase and procurement domain in chemical or any industry

- Formulate the Annual Business Plan, Understand the Market share objectives in consultation with Regional Head.

- Preparation of strategic business and marketing plans.

- Liase with customer cell at HO in your respective Country and monitor sales

- Ensure updation of customer database of your respective region.

- Conduct periodic market research for customer satisfaction Index /expectation analysis.

- Ensure quality of all aspects of marketing and manage the cost of non quality

- Create and maintain adequate internal controls that ensure quality of managerial and operational processes.

- Review products or materials for quality.

- Identification of new ideas for implementation

- Ensure comprehensive and ongoing analysis of competitors core competencies, vulnerabilities activities and current and potentials positions in the marketplace with references to Sales & Service and communicate the same appropriately.

- Develop an overall plan of action and set appropriate goals, taking into account both immediate and future need, re-plan as necessary to fit plans into the context of Company business strategies and priorities.
