Sales & Business Development Manager


BNC is hiring for Big 4 for Sales & BD role for Mumbai/Hyderabad location

1. Lead and drive the business development and sales activity on focused target accounts creating relationships and originating new opportunities

2. Preparing account, strategy and execution plans. Refresh the account strategy based on market changes and white space analysis for the firm.

3. Deploy a clear and consistently applied sales management process to increase new business as well as accelerate speed of capture time by thoroughly understanding the buying process.

4. Spend 80% of time engaged in sales and market facing activities. Map the decision-making cycle for each opportunity.

5. Analyze various reports to assess business health including pipeline coverage, forecast and achievement vs. pipeline and booking goals

6. Own the preparation and presentation of comprehensive proposals aimed at pursuing new opportunities with existing clients Proven sales track record

7. Demonstrate excellence in applying Market EDGE to qualify opportunity and gain insights from win/loss reviews as input to the integrated sales management process.

8. Monitoring market segment trends, industry issues, and competitive intelligence.

9. Ability to run through internal pursuit approval process (established policies and procedures) from qualifying the lead, 10. Sales, presales, proposal preparation, negotiation to signing the contract

11. Positioning the firm (Corporate profile), our portfolio and value proposition

12. Responsible for Pipeline discipline, generating 2.5X pipeline coverage, linearity and predictability in terms of order forecasting (Overall Services Sales performance and forecast)

13. Collaboration with internal and external teams

14. Continuously pursue relationships with client industries and identify new opportunities for sales penetration

Desired Candidate Profile

1. MBA with 7 + years of relevant experience

2. Should have managed a target of 10-12cr

3. Candidates from Big 5 will only be considered
