1. Achieve Order Booking Target
- Monitor and guide team to select opportunities with better chances for the company
- Focus on opportunities which have a high chance of success.
- Explore opportunity for Bevcon products for non-coal sectors/zones
- Focus on maximizing registration of Bevcon with Customers and Consultants.
- Monitor status of offers submitted in various regions.
2. PROFITABILITY
- Guide team to select opportunities with better success chances for the company.
- Explore the opportunity for the company to quotes in Mines, Ports and other sectors.
- Guide teams in negotiating better Commercial terms
- Improve B2B relationships.
3. CROSS FUNCTIONALITY
- Ensure technical and commercial clarity in orders booked.
- Leverage relationship with customers to resolve bottlenecks in execution
- Support operations in the closing of projects technically and commercially if required.
4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Get orders from 2 (two) new customer/sectors every year.
- Create data bank on Competitors and Buyers
- Prepare Annual Order booking Plan
5. TEAMWORK
- Identifying Skills and development needs of the team and arrange for necessary training.
- Mentor and Coach team members
- Visit Seminar/ Exhibitions for networking and updates on the market trends
- Compile and consolidate MIS inputs from regions.
6. Any other task assigned from time to time
