- He should be able to lead the team & should have thorough knowledge of the Local Capital Market.


- Candidate should have good understanding of Equity related Sales & processes.


Job Responsibility:


- Recruitment of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager- Dealing.


- Ensuring specific number of employees in the team.


- Retention of Team Members.


- Meeting Clients along with Team Members so that the team members develop confidence resulting in higher revenue.


- Assist team members Cross-sell the Wealth Product to the HNI Clients.
